We have a referral to build another wheelchair ramp for an Alzheimers patient and her caregiver. We need to build as soon as possible as the need is acute. Please reply if you are available this Saturday, November 12, or the following Saturday, November 19.

Our St.Paul's Team has put in two work days on the current build. We've been working alongside the futur homeowners-Jackie Heard and her children-as well as other community folks and ateam of workers from Texas A&M. Persons 16 years or older are eligible workers. *** The Texas Ramps Project (www.texasramps.org) We have completed our second ramp build in Washington County! A team from St.Paul's built a ramp for Mr. Earl Randall, who recently became a quadriplegic. The referral came from St.Joseph's Medical Center Rehabilitation Center. If you would like to be a part of this hopeful minstry, contact Pastor Fenton.

Kinndlee Shea Lund (center) was ordained into the ministry of Word and Sacrament on Saturday, February 5, in Trinity Lutheran Church (ELCA), Pelican Rapids, Minnesota. She was presented for ordination to Bishop Mike Rinehart of the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod by Larry Urquhart and Josh Hyatt. Pastor Fenton joined other clergy in charging the new pastor with her duties and the laying on of hands.
The congregation of St. Paul's looks forward to welcoming its new pastor on Monday, February 13. Pastor Lund will be installed as Associate Pastor on Sunday, March 4, 3:00 p.m. Please make every sacrifice to attend.
